Our Shop Policies The following shop policies apply to all purchases via our online shop:
1. Minimum order quantity and minimum order amount. There is no minimum order quantity for individual items.
2. Prices and shipment charge Our prices are quoted in
Euros (EUR €) and Maltese Liri (Lm).

For Malta only – If one spends (EUR) € 25 or more, there are no delivery charges. However, if one spends less than
(EUR) € 25 there is a (EUR) € 5 fee. |

Customs duty and other charges, if any, are
not included and have to be bored by customer. |
3. Stock availability Stock levels are updated daily. However, stocks are subject to availability and we reserve the right to accept or deny any order, or to limit the order quantity on any item, without prior notice. In the case of payment already received we will suggest alternative styles or arrange immediate refund.
4. Payment Payment is always 100% with confirmed order. Payment received for confirmed orders are not refundable, neither are goods sold returnable.
5. Delivery

For Malta only – Orders will be delivered within 2 working days upon receipt of full payment and confirmation of order details. |

For Gozo and Comino – Orders will be shipped within two working days upon receipt of full payment and confirmation of order details. |
6. Delivery responsibilities

For Malta only – Products will be delivered by hand. |

For Gozo and Comino - We are not liable for any loss or delay caused by incorrect or invalid information provided by customer. We are also not liable for carriers' delay or damage during transportation. |
7. Defects and claims Please report all defects of goods received immediately. Upon provision of evidence (e.g. pictures, or goods returned to us) we will arrange replacement or credit towards customers' next purchase. We reserve the right to judge the validity of quality claims as well as the mode of compensation.
8. Privacy We certify that all information obtained from customer will be held strictly confidential, and will be used for the sole purpose of conducting business transactions with our company.
