Q: Do I need to register or Subscribe?
A: You can examine all the items available in our shop without registering.
Regular customers can request an account to login and benefit from
discounts when ordering bulk quantities. Everyone should subscribe
to benefit from special coupons and vouchers that will be sent via
email from time to time. When Subscribing you will receive an email
with NEW stock notification and updates.
Q: What is your minimum order?
A: We have no minimum order.
Q: Do your prices include shipping?
A: No. You are responsible for shipping and handling charges, but we can try
to check and get a quote from local shipping agents.
Q: Does the prices included Tax?
A: Yes. All prices include 18% VAT if sold in Malta. Any additional Taxes required
to be exported to other countries, will have to be bored by customer.
Q: Can I email my order to you.
A: Yes.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We prefer CASH, but we also accept bank transfers and payments via paypal. For Malta only, the payment can be cash on delivery of goods.
Q: Will you accept personal or company checks, money orders or cashier's checks?
A: No.
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Your order will be processed as soon as we receive confirmation of payment. The transit time depends on your location.
Q: When I have ordered and paid, how do I know the status of my order?
